Can I cancel my order after I placed it?
If you’ve changed your mind about your order, it is possible to cancel on the same day, before we have dispatched it. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
I’ve received a faulty item in my order. What should I do?
In case you have received an item that is not in perfect condition, contact us as soon as possible so we can take care of the issue. Our customers are our utmost priority, so we are happy to help. Please send us an email to email@example.com with your order number and please describe the problem. An attached picture would be very much appreciated.
How can I pay on the NARBON webshop?
In our online store you can use the following payment types: Stripe and Credit Card. Your payment information is safe with us, all transactions are secure and encrypted. We never store your credit card information.
I forgot to add a billing address to my order. How do I add one?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please don’t forget to include your order number and the billing address you wish to add to the invoice.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping to all European countries. Shipping outside of Europe costs €15.
Delivery Times after production of the item/s
(orders placed after 1pm, will be processed and dispatched the next working day)
Please note: duties and taxes may be due upon delivery for orders outside Europe.
Production of a garment takes between 5 - 10 days, we handmade all our products by order.
We will have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is
due to any event outside our reasonable control.
The goods will be delivered to the address that was stated when the order was placed. If the recipient’s address is stated incorrectly, the customer shall bear the additional costs incurred. The same applies if the goods cannot be delivered. The goods will be sent through a delivery firm selected by NARBON, directly to the address specified by the customer.

We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 14 days from the date of
delivery for a full refund, providing that the return tag remains attached to the garment and the item is in the same condition.
The costs for the returns must be paid by the customer.
We are happy to exchange for the same item most products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped, through any circumstance that is in our error within 14 days from the date of delivery and if the item is in stock.
